Will not download instructions

I get find another location in download folder for instructions and CS5. Tried another browser, using Firefox, used Explorer, no go on either. Tried a restart no go, tried this first in help no go. What's left? I bought it now can't use it.

    I am sorry but I am unable to understand the nature of your problem. Can you list down the steps that you performed and the problem you are facing?

    It will not download to the download file, CS5 or the instructions, I tried

    downloading to the desk top no go, I'm running Windows 7 Home Prem. Edition

    with 8 gigs of ram, no problem on this end. I have Elements 9 with Topaz

    Bundle, no problems downloading anything before. I keep getting Try Another

    Location when I try downloading. Did a restart, no go signed off back on no

    go, it will not download. Even tried the Adobe Download Assistant no go.

    The attachment is what comes up every time I try anything...Thanks
