WILL NOT INSTALL

Hello, I downloaded creative cloud, and it WILL NOTTT install on my computer. It says "Error: server isn't responding, try again later" That was yesterday. I have since then, deleted it from my computer completely, shut my comp down, restarted it, and re-downloaded the software to try installing it again.. But this is still no success. It's very frustrating and I HATE that I am experiencing this problem.. How can this be resolved? I need it done today, if possible.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. As a start check your network configuration.
