Will the presets be saved on another computer?

Whats up guys, almost every day i load presets for Premiere, Photoshop, After effects and other things so i need to know if i will buy new pc and download there adobe programs from my adobe account will presets and works be saved?

no, you will need to manually save those things for each adobe program from your old computer and move them to your new computer.
