Will trial automatically swop into my one year subscription?

I bought a one-year subscription via a Dutch reseller (Kamera Express). Today I have installed all the programs. Before this, I have requested a trial period for the same overall programs. I used it for a few days, and then shut it down and removed it from my Mac. So now I installed the one-year subscription. When opening Photoshop I get a banner at the top 'still 3 days in trial period'. This is not the case with the other programmes. Question is what to do? (for example, ignore it, the year subscription starts automatically?).
