win7 with adobe cc program

Dear all, 

Why I can not login adobe cc or cloud apps in win 7 operating system now, but it can do it before? Thanks a lot.

-on Windows be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the 1st link

I also got this error but that was resolved itself

I think you should restart your connection and desktop too.
