WINDOWSからMacへの移行
現在Photoshop CCをWindows10で使用中ですが、新たにMacを購入したのでWindowsからMacへの移行をしたいのですが可能でしょうか。

Yes you can, CC subscription is account-based not machine-based. So just login to the Creative Cloud application on your MAC using the AdobeId that has the subscription and install/use your apps. Just a point to remember you can use the app only on a single machine at a time, so you can use either your MAC or WIN machine at a given moment not both of them simultaneously.
