I recently had to wipe my HDD and reinstall windows. I reinstalled the CC App and was able to reinstall all the apps successfully except AE CC 2015. My comp freezes and i have to do a hard reset when App says that AE CC 2015 is extracting.

Im running windows 10

2x Nvidia GTX 980Ti -SLI - ive got the latest driver updates.

Intel Core i7-5820k

Thanks

Please clear the %temp% folder and launch Creative Cloud, then, restart installation. We would also like to know if you are using a 32-bit OS or a 64 bit OS.

This is very helpful. Thank you.

However, there is no log file for After Effects. The program never gets installed since my PC freezes during the extraction process and I am forced to do a hard restart. Any other suggestions?
