Windows 10 installed and Adobe prompts me to activate my OLD Photoshop CS. Says I MUST activate then gives me options to reactivate, NONE OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE! I still have my original product key... GRRR!

Photoshop CS?  as in version 8? It's history. CS2 will be your replacement.

The CS/CS2 activation servers have been retired. Download CS2 and use the new serial number given to the right of the download link.

Apparently, that's the case. Pisses me off. It worked just fine until MS installed Windows 10.

Newer versions of Windows have better security and changes to object security likely rendered your existing Adobe licensing information inoperable.  I would have expected this to have happened with a previous Windows upgrade, already.  What OS did you upgrade from?

Thanks! They say I should uninstall the ap. This may be the 3rd time I have installed it. Hopefully, this won't put me past my allotted number of installations...

    There's no such thing.

You can install, activate, deactivate, uninstall and reinstall the software as often as you like.
