I just purchased a canoscan 9000f.  It came with a free copy of adobe photoshop elements 8 for windows xp, windows vista, and windows 7.  The only laptop I could get was windows 8.  Can I get a copy of photoshop for windows 8?

    Not sure what you are asking. You could just buy PSE 11... Whether or not your OEM version will be good for upgrade pricing is another matter, but the product page makes no mention of specifics:
