Winsoft Tasmeem how it's work with Adobe Creative Cloud annual subscription?

I'm not certain I understand the question. WinSoft Tasmeem is a third-party tool and, as far as I know, would not be included with a CC subscription. You have to buy it from WinSoft.

 

Note that the WinSoft site states that the latest supported version is for CC2019. If you are running on a Mac using the Catalina OS version, you will not be able to use any CC program because Catalina does not support 32-bit applications.
