Hey,

I wiped my Mac hard drive after getting a new machine. I didn't think to deactivate my accout from my old machine befor wiping the hard drive. What can i do about this as i want to put Creative Cloud on two new machines?

Thanks for your help.

Hey Dools_dowling,

you need not worry about deactivating the program if you are using the Creative Cloud Subscription.

It automatically deactivates the previous machines if the activation limit is reached & that is the best part of using the subscription.

Thanks
