With my Creative Cloud membership how can i download premier CS6, specifically Adobe Encore?
I have heard that there is a way do download the Premier Pro CS6 family and what I am looking for is Adobe Encore.

You can install Encore this way if you have a Creative Cloud subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/kb/encore-cs6-installed-cc.html
You will Install Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, this will also install Encore. Then you can uninstall Premiere Pro if you wish and leave Encore there.
