With paid account only able to see free versions or paying options again. And now denying access.

I have paid for the creative cloud for one year with a school account. When I log into my account on the app on my desktop and/or site I see the option to download free versions to try or to pay for the full version. So there is no option to download the programmes. Now I logt in a few times and tried different things and now it's also denied my access. Now it's saying: "we are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please contact your domain administrator or sign in with a adobe ID". 

How do I proceed? And if I'm able to log in again that how will I be able to download the programs without paying again?
