Won't allow me to update payment details

Hello,

I have been trying to update my payment details for several weeks. It is the same card and the card works. Whenever I update it, it appears to be okay but when I refresh the screen it once again has the message saying "Uh-oh you need to update your payment details".

Any help will be appreciated. I am on the student CC plan.
