I recently migrated from one Mac mini to another and need to reinstall Creative Suite 5.5.  When I launch install, it does nothing.  One my other mac it will begin the installation process.  Also, I uninstalled the entire Adobe line before this installation.  Help.

    Hello Stephen,

would you please give us feedback for other people here: does it work now?

You can also download CS5.5 via the Adobe website.

Download > See all downloads, click the Other downloads link, click the CS5.5 link

if you follow all 7 steps (especially steps 1,2 and 3), you can download here: Download Adobe CS5.5 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant or Manager) | ProDesignTools

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem (error message, unavailable page or you are offered a current adobe version), you did NOT follow the directions.

the most common problem is failing to meticulously follow directions 1,2 and/or 3 which are needed to add an adobe.com cookie to your computer that allows you to download directly without using the akamai download manager.

again, follow the directions and you'll have no problem.
