Won't uninstall
I cancelled CC and installed Elements 15. Now, CC will not uninstall nor will Elements 15 work. Hoping to start all over, I uninstalled Elements 15 and planned to uninstall CC. CC WILL NOT uninstall. HELP!

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed
