Wondering about cross-platform downloading.

I have a PC right now but in a few months, I will be switching over to a Macbook for school. If I get the CC now, and install on my PC, can I still use that to install on my Mac, or is there no way to do that? Also, how many computers can I install my membership software on, in case my computer breaks and I need to replace it?

A CC subscription supports having functional installations on two machines and the two machines can be different platforms.  If needed, you can sign out of an installation in order to activate another (for instance, a third machine that you need to temporarily use).
