Wont uninstall so i can reinstall after Windows 10 install and uninstall!

So I had this program and it worked fine when I had windows 7.  Then I STUPIDLY upgraded to windows 10 and we didn't like it so I unistalled Windows 10 and adobe stopped working.  I tried installing it and it stated I had a version already on my computer.. I investigated and discovered I did.  I tried unistalling it but there is this one particular file that I can't uninstall but its this same file that is also preventing the install..  the file name is this:  C:\ProgramData\adobe\setup\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AB0000000001}\Acroread.msi for Adobe Reader XI (11.0.12).  I have tried manually installing it and same thing.  I have cleared all  history and cache, starting and restarting the computer.  I also get the error message "the installation source for this product is not available.  Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.  any help would be greatly appreciated.
