worst premiere ever..bad service, long waits, but to collect are very punctual

I finish some project and when re open, no longer the video and if after a while I do not have audio link this ... you uninstall the premiere, install it and still the same, and that happens every mes..como I can fix it without begging help from technicians Adobe?
