Worst Software Package Ever

I just bought Creative Suite monthly.. can't install any apps, can't uninstalll the trial of Illustrator...  its completely useless at this point. Support was any help either.

IF your computer meets the system requirements & won't allow you to install/uninstall software, there's a permissions problem somewhere.  Maybe your Firewall or Anti-virus is getting in the way.

 

Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Someone here can probably help you, but they're going to need more detail.

 

  • Computer specs: CPU, OS, RAM, Graphics Card
  • Any error messages?
  • As close to step-by-step what you did and how the computer responded. Screen captures can be good at this point. (If you have screen captures, add them inline please. Many people don't like the idea of opening files from people strange to them directly.)

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Are you installing from the Creative Cloud App?

Are you getting any error messages?  If so, what is the exact wording?
