Wrong Adobe open if we use fastprint in Outlook 365

Hello, if i use fastprint (german schnelldruck) in Outlook 2016 /o365 Adobe DC open and makes failure because only 3 user are registred on our Terminal Server for using, at the mean time it will works with both Versions on the Terminal Adobe DC and Adobe DC Reader, but since the last Update only the DC will start. New Installation of Reader and start on the 2 Terminal, all the same failure. Adobe Reader have all standards.
