Wrong charged value when subscribed to the Lightroom Premium

Hello,

The Lightroom CC version asks the user to subscribe to a premium version with a monthly subscription of 4,99€ and I was charged on PayPal for 14,98€.

This is totally unacceptable.

Is this a bug on the application side (with wrong rendered values) or is this value expected?
