For some reason, Creative Cloud is using the wrong email. I cannot figure out how to change it to the correct one. Any help?

when you sign-in, your adobe id is your email address.  is your current sign-in using the correct email address?

This sign in is correct, but Creative Cloud only pops up as a different email saying i need to confirm my address but i cannot since that account isnt mine.

Who else uses or has used your computer?

You MAY need to remove everything and start over

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed
