Wrong email

I have mistakenly typed a wrong letter in my email that I have created the membership with and I have already made the payment now so how can I change my email or can I make cancellation for the account and recreate another one?

Goto the Adobe website and login with your AdobeID. In the account properties you can change you details.

If this doesn't help you have to contact the Adobe support. Becuase this is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support
