Wrong Email adress

I am a student at a university who needs access to Adobe. However, I accidentally activated the package with an incorrect e-mail address to which I do not have access. Accordingly, I cannot receive a code for identity confirmation. Can I switch my account to an active email address and still use the package?

Here's a page that covers email issues like yours.

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/manage-account/kb/account-password-sign-help.html

The advice is to talk to an Adobe agent about your situation.

* Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
* In the chat area (lower right), type AGENT.

* Wait patiently for a real person to start talking and then you can explain your situation.

the above email link is helpful for users that were able to activate but thereafter lost access to their email account.

@GhostRedeye, your account has almost certainly not been activated because of the failure to confirm your email address.  nevertheless, because your payment info is registered, contact adobe per @DeanUtian and make sure, you're not billed.  then sign up, again.

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Thank you very much for your answer. I was able to change my email address via the website and fix the problem. Thank you, however, for the many suggestions that ultimately helped me
