Wrong email [branched and renamed from an unrelated thread]

Please, Please, Please: Last September 11 2021 I have bought a Potoshop software but I gave the wrong email instead of , so I didn't get a chance to use this software. Are there any possibilities to change my email or not? Where can I found assistance? Thank you.
