wrong message: adobe identity already used on two different computers

Hello,

I’ve one actuell  adobe identity. There since 2005 are registered products, currently I use Creative Cloud (annual duration) and Premiere Elements on MacOS on an iMac.

As I read, my license permits the use of the software on two computers.

Now I've set up a used laptop with WIN10 and want  to install Lightroom.

Unfortunately, I get the message that adobe identity  already used to activate the software on two different computers. This message does not correspond to the facts. As the only enabled device namely seems to only imacW.local. Although I installed on my ipad still LR, which I do not necessarily need, because it is not very user-friendly, but I assume that this circumstance for my problem has no meaning, since this unit also not appears as enabled and I therefore could not turn it off.

For completeness: I still found an "old" and unused  adobe identity, which I do not need and can be deleted. There is a free Creative Cloud subscription (probably long since expired) - but no device! - registered. Maybe this is "second computer”?

The message regarding two active installations will only apply to one account.  Maybe you signed in twice without having signed out once?
