"You don't have access to manage apps." and config folder missing.

So I've been looking around for the error of "You don't have access to manage apps", but most of the solutions are out-dated and I've tried messing up with the folder, but look like my Config folder in Library/Applicationplication SupportSupport/AdobeAdobe/OOBE/ is missing and I've tried uninstalling and installing again Creative Cloud but I still get the same message. I'm the owner of my Macbook and I'm logged in as the computer's admin. Any suggestions, please? It would mean a lot to me, thanks in advance.
