You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services

I've subscribed to Photoshop which is working fine, however everytime I use the Creative Cloud desktop app, it comes back with the error shown on the subject line.

I have tried un-installing everything but the error comes back after reinstalling it.

I've checked my firewall rules (Bitdefender) and it appears to be allowing everything Adobe through. There is also nothing in my hostfiles (I have also ran the repair tool too).

Any suggestions? I mean it's an annoyance more than anything else as it doesn't appear to stop me updating or using PS.

Hi MarkWkr,

Thank you for writing to us. Happy to help!

Firstly, sorry to hear that you are receiving the error message.

We see that you are logging in under the new individual account and not one provided by the organisation.

You can start with these: Please follow the directions on how to sign in under the individual account.

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

If you could please help me with a few more information like is it a home computer? Is it a managed network or does someone else manages it?

Hoping to hear back from you in order to help you further.

Regards,

Rashmi
