"You've been signed Out"

everytime I try to open my desktop app I get the message, "You've been signed Out" "Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Sign in again . . . "
But I go around and around signing in getting You've been signed Out over and over again.
I've been waiting for almost two hours on the Chat but they won't come on. 

Does anyone have a phone number for Adobe?
