Hi Lawalo,

Can you provide us with more information on this one?

- Are you installing Adobe XD using the Creative Cloud desktop application?

- Are you on an official version of Windows 10? We have seen issues with the prerelease version of the OS.

- Did you try reinstalling the application? Does this happen every time?

Also, can you try uninstalling any previous version of XD using the CC cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and try installing the software again?
