Your application is damaged please uninstall

Hello, I am using a PC. I downloaded Creative Cloud then try to download illustrator but every time it installs the error of my application is damaged keep popping up. I uninstalled and reinstalled four times before deciding to post in the forum for help? Any Suggestions on what I should do?

uninstall everything cc including the desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your apps and trials.
