Hi,

Please clarify to me on what date and time (and for how long) does the computer need to be connected to the internet once a month??? I do not want to miss that special moment if I usually work offline.

Thank you.

You can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license for a limited period. The apps attempt to validate your software license every 30 days. You receive a reminder to reconnect to the Internet to validate your license:

In offline mode, annual Creative Cloud members get 99 days of grace period; month-to-month members get 30 days of grace period. For details, see  below.

Creative Cloud for individualUp to one calendar month + 99 days of offline use
  • After one calendar month, a dialog box requests online connection.
  • You can dismiss the dialog box; the next reminder shows up after 30 days.
  • After one calendar month + 69 days, the dialog box appears daily.
  • After one calendar month + 99 days, one final offline product launch is available.

with a monthly paid subscription you need to connect for a few minutes, at least, once every 30 days.  there's no specific date/time.

just open a cc program to connect.
