Your Serial Number is Invalid (Photoshop Elements)

I had to reinstall PSE (2022) on the same PC (Win 10), uninstalled it before. Now after entering the serial number it says: 

 

The serial number you entered is invalid.

 

The number is 100% correct and worked before. It's the one which is shown in the Adobe account online.

 

I have no idea what to do 😞

You might have a serial number or a redemption code depending on where you purchased it.

The serial number is a 24-digit numeric code.  No alpha characters.

 

The redemption code is a 22-digit alphanumeric code and must be redeemed for a serial number.

Thanks for trying to help. I purchased it on Amazon and converted the redemption code to a serial number which is shown in my Adobe online account. Also, it worked before with that number. After uninstalling and reinstalling it says now, that it's invalid.

 

Will try installing again tomorrow (it's after midnight here now).
