怎样清理之前的注册表重新安装新版本？

我之前安装了adobe photoshop 2020，但在2022出来以后，我卸载了，准备安装2022，但是不知道为什么注册表没有删干净，而且C:/Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/CoreSyncExtension/CoreSync_x64.dll显示已在WINDOWS资源管理器中打开，但是任务管理器中找不到进程，没办法删除，安装Adobe creative cloud时显示错误代码1，使用了AdobeCreativeClouldCleanerToll也无法解决，又不敢乱删注册表，请问除了重装系统，还有其他的办法解决吗？

Generally, uninstalling everything Adobe related (use the CC app, but also the Windows provided tools), running subsequently Adobe CC Cleaner will eliminate all traces of the software. There is, to my knowledge, no other method to start a clean install, except with a complete OS reinstall.

Edit: Sorry, but I detected an error in my message above. The original read "installing" instead of "uninstalling". It's quite a difference…
