월별 플랜으로 구매했는데 돈만 빠져나가고 플랜은 그대로입니다.

월별 플랜 체크카드로 구매해서 18000원 결제되었고 실제로 빠져나간 금액도 나왔는데

플랜이 그대로입니다.

 

주문내역 조차도 안나오고...이거 어떻게 해결해야하나요? 답답합니다... 첨부파일에 금액이랑
