hello the community. i have a problem adding a library at the new site ; the fonction ' ajouter une bibliotèque' is deseable. please help me

Create a library item based on a selection

In the Document window, switch to Design view and select a portion of a document to save as a library item.

Select Tools > Library > Add Object to Library.

Type a name for the new library item, then press Enter (Windows) or Return (Macintosh).

Dreamweaver saves each library item as a separate file (with the file extension .lbi) in the Library folder of the site’s local root folder.

The book icon won't activate anything when clicked, if no site is selected in the Files window.

If you look at the OP's screen capture, they don't have a site selected currently. The end of the "Manage Sites" link and the Size column from the Files window are showing under the menu fly out in the top left.

Go to Window > Assets.

Click on the Book icon to show the Library Items panel. See screenshot.
