Dreamweaver Duplicate

Dreamweaver's Shortcuts have a Duplicate Command in the Edit Menu, though I can't find it on the Desktoop Menu. When I create a shortcut (Alt-Ctrl-D) nothing happens. I want to highlight a text and duplicate it without Copy-Paste. Anyone know of solutions?

The shortcut is Ctrl + D. The use is possible in two ways :

    • Place the cursor anywhere on the line, use the shortcut to duplicate the entire line just below
    • Make a selection, use the shortcut to duplicate this selection just after the first one
