have spent far too long following instructions to no avail...Basically I have DW CC 2017 installed and have downloaded the appropriate Extension Manager CS6.I wanted to download Webassist Free tools MXP and instructions advise that I will need to convertto ZXP which I have also done.However when clicking on this file, pop up appears saying 'This extension cannot be installed as it requiresDreamweaver 9 or greater'.   I do not want to upgrade my DW.  Why is this not working.I also tried with later version of Adobe Extension manager for CC and no luck.What to do now please in simple step by step instructions! In 2017 using Dreamweaver do you still hard-code your web design?

I'm working with a Bootstrap template that has worked well in almost everything up until now. In a section referred to as the "Team" section there are 4 images and I want to reduce that to ONE single image for this domain. That one image I want in the CENTER. Pretty simple. However I've spend hours trying every way possible to do it and i just can't figure it out. I learned on how Bootstrap 4 does not have center-block so I went to trying the d-block m-x-auto but that didn't work. The image moves a tad towards the center but not much at all. I don't like messing around with a template's style-css much but I toyed with that particular section's (the "Team" section; see image) to adjust the css. I was again able to get it to move slightly but hardly at all. The password cryptography was poorly done and many were quickly resolved back to plain text. Can DW-CC easily convert an older version of PHP to make it mobile friendly?My name is Rob, I spent an hour and a half in Chat this morning. The first person told me I need to talk to the “technical team” and he was to transfer me. Neither of the next two people I spoke with were from the technical team and after explaining the same thing three times and asking to be transferred I gave up and this is a new start. I spoke with MAC, Kunwar Tushar Singh and the worst one was Gargi Mishra who refused to read what I wrote and was purposely playing dumb (unless he actually was dumb). About a year ago, there was a robust discussion in this forum regarding the version of PHP that needed to be used. In that regard, this article dated June 22, 2018 is worth reading. Just downloaded DW CS6 v12 on my new iMac - but can't figure out how to wrap text around a photo? The most advice I got via google searches point to 'property' links to 'floats' that aren't shown. Can someone help with SIMPLE advice? I'm new at this. TY

Hello,i 've some broblems with showing up coin slider in browser. (firefox, chrome tested)In live-preview of dreamweaver cc all works pretty well. After looking at the source codein the browser, i saw that dreamweaver overwrites it and that there is a lot of js-script filesare shown. This files are not located in my site folder. Can't do anything in Firefox 60.0.2 right now.When I hit reply, the plain text editor comes up.  If I type something and hit Show Full Editor, the message vanishes. Cannot paste images in either editor. Posts don't go through or if they do, half the message is deleted. This post was created in Chrome which is a little better but still not right.

Having updated my Dreamweaver CC to 2018 there are clearly still some bugs that haven't been addressed. Why can't I load certain webpages up where there are just white blocks where the code should be? Why does it fail to respond part-way through uploading the application as well.I would have thought, Adobe being a multi-million dollar company, that they would have through about this and worked these bugs through. Clearly not.

When In Dreamweaver CC 2017 split view, whenever I highlight a section of code by highlighting it with a mouse,  e.g a <span> tag, all sections of text similar to what has been highlighted become underlined in light blue. i.e all <span> tags. This seems like it is a tool to help speed up the editing process by allowing multiple sections of code to be edited simultaneously, e.g all deleted or all text edited.However I cannot seem to find a way to edit all at the same time, if I delete, only the one instance of the text I selected is deleted. I have tried holding the shift key, the Opt Shift key, the command shift key, nothing seems to work.Can anyone explain how this is meant to work, it seems like a good time saveing option if it will work.Thanks

In Dreamweaver CC 'm trying to create a library item of the navbar for a website, which can then be mass updated on every page.But I can't even create the library item.The manual page says:1. In the doc window, select a portion of a document to save as a library item.  2. Select Tools>Library>Add Object to Library."HOWEVER, Add object to library is grayed out. How do I create a library item?
