Thanks for your time in looking at this post.  I used the "transform rotate" command to rotate the text in a td cell of a table.  The text was rotated as beyond the limits of the table.  I noticed that only the text was rotated; not the td cell.  this is shown in the image with code and image above.  the other image shows the style sheet entries.  i tried to wrap all the td's in div and rotate them without any success.  The rotated text cannot be moved with margin, padding, and align options.  The table cells are in their original position with the text rotated out.  Any insight you can provide is greatly appreciated....thanks for your help

Code View is blank white and I can't click or type anything in it. In Preferences there were no code themes available either. I'm using a Windows computer.

Hi AllI am doing a website course, and my test is next tuesday. I always made my header in FW and inserted as image and used css rule to create heading 1,eg.. sarif, font size 36, centered. I had no problems except anytime I pushed the enter button there was a huge gap between the heading and the paragraph. Although I paid no mind to this. My teacher just told me last tuesday in part 1 of the test "prep night" that I shouldn't do it this way, cause how can they see I followed the guidelines on the master page. So I sat down today and tried to practice for time purposes as we only have two hours to do it all. The problem I am having is when I insert the text and apply the html 'heading 1' before the rule it is fine, after the rule it looks fine until you look in live then it pushes the writing up, if I align it to height it puts it aligned and looks normal, however live all the div tags are now pushed down. If I create the rule before I type, it's the very same and after. I don't know w

I think I made a big mistake....upgraded to Mac 10.11.6 and my old tried and true DW 8 won't open...so, signed up for CC monthly service..Now, I cannot see how to move site into CC? I imagine I can download it from the remote host once I get CC functional?

Hi there,I'm upgrading to Dreamweaver CC from Dreamweaver CS 5.5. I noticed that when I click on any tag e.g. <a href="...>xyz</a>, the entire tag is highlighted. I just want to change the path that href refers to but I cannot put my cursor in the path and start typing as I use to do in DW 5.5. I can click in the properties window and type the path there.Am I doing something wrong and is this how it's done in DW CC?Joe

Hello, I am creating a Business Department website for my school and I have created a resource page where people can view videos related to business. I am having trouble creating several rows with 3 videos on each row. I have attempted this but the whole video thumbnail does not show and there are black borders. I am also having difficulty trying to show the full thumbnail on the mobile version of this page. P.S. I am very new to HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. (I have been only learning for a couple of months). It would be greatly appreciated if you could explain your code simplistically.I replaced the images with the video. I've been running my site successfully for years, coded with Dreamweaver CS3.In the last few weeks my Adsense ads (size 160 x 600) have sometimes been replaced with a panel (of the same size) from my server saying that 'the page (advert) cannot be found' (apparently error 404).My 'Server's Help' say I should add http:// in front of all page URL's. First I'm wondering how I managed for all these years without it, but mainly how do I add the http:// on over 150 pages, and hopefully without having to edit each page individually.

This is my first time to build a website using the fluid grid layout on Dreamweaver CS6. I am trying to get rid of the white space between ads so that the background color is solid sand color behind the entire width of the page, but...the ads are contained in separate div tags so that I can place them in a different location on the mobile layout. I have Dreamweaver 8 suite.  I am purchasing a new laptop and want to know if I update the Dreamweaver software  to 8.02 if it will still work with the windows 10 64bit and will I still be able to manage the web pages that I already have.

I have a subscription to Creative Cloud and have installed the latest version of Dreamweaver CC. I need to use my older Dreamweaver CS6 for various reasons. I've reinstalled Dreamweaver CS6 but when I try to run it I get this error:"The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library S:\Program Files\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\Dreamweaver.exe"Is it possible to have both DWC6 and DWCC installed and run on my laptop at the same time? I really need to use DW CS6. How can I fix this issue. Adobe doesn't seem to offer any constuctive help.

I recently downloaded Dreamweaver CC and I know emmet is included in Dreamweaver CC. However I can't use emmet. If I press "tab", it works only for indent. How can I use emmet? Do I have to download it again?* My Dreamweaver language is Korean.

I am taking a class on Dreamweaver and am VERY novice in the application. My assignment is to use the Accordion widget and insert different sections of my resume into the sections of the widget. This was all pretty easy, to be honest. The problem I am having is two-fold. The length of the accordion content sections seems to default to the length of the first section. Since the first section contains my work experience it is pretty long. The second section is probably 30 lines and the third section of content is also about 30 lines. They all appear to function as expected with the glaring issue of the length of sections 2 and 3 that have a HUGE blank area after the text. What I am not able to figure out after several hours of playing, googling and reading is this... Im very Interested in upgrading to the newest version of Dreamweaver from CS5, but with the complete removal of the Dynamic content panels has me left with a nasty taste in my mouth. I heavily depend on the use of these features as I have zero interest in manually coding PHP/Mysql. I know you can re enable the deprecated extension. so my question is...Does Adobe plan to *Officially* re introduce the Dynamic content panels, that generates mysqli code or am I taking my money elsewhere?

Of the many bugs in 2017, I now also cannot do dynamic select boxes. It will not recognize ANY recordset even though they are showing in the bindings tab.

Dreamwear CC 2017 is established.The Wamp Server is installed.The mysql server is running.PhpMyAdmin works.Accessing the local server. (Localhost)I added a new site in Dreamweaver. I selected the site folder, the server folder. webassist extensions that require binding selection or database selection will no longer works after recent upgrade. Had to roll back dreamweaverCC to an older version and re-install ALL extensions to get them to work again. Webassist site has posted warnings NOT to upgrade dreamweaverCC and I have been waiting for weeks to get an answer from support after I made them aware of the problem!!

How do I select the text inside of an element in the code view without selecting the beginning or end tags and without drag-selecting.  I have spent hours chasing bugs that come from grabbing a '>' when trying to select text.  There should be a keyboard shortcut but I have searched forums, google, and the documentation and can't seem to find one.example:<p>some text</p>select the text (for copy, delete etc) without getting the <p> and </p>tags.I am sure the answer is obvious but I haven't found anyone else who has asked the question.Thanks!
