Upon checking, we can see that you have an active Teams plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, and you are listed as the contract owner.
Could you please confirm whether you are able to access the Adobe Admin Console? When signing in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app or Photoshop, please ensure you select the Work or School Account option, as your license is provisioned under that profile.
As the contract owner, you can also access and download billing history directly from the Admin Console by navigating to:
Account > Billing History
