셋업 중 아이디 인증 후 창 전환이 될 때, 하얀화면으로 전환이 되어 멈춥니다.

    Thank you for reaching out, and we understand how frustrating it can be to hit a blank screen partway through installing Photoshop, especially when everything verifies correctly up to that point.

     

    If the suggestions already shared in this thread have not resolved the issue, the next step we would recommend is running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. This removes leftover Adobe installation files that can cause the Creative Cloud desktop app to hang on a blank screen, and is the most thorough reset before reinstalling. After running it, reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and then sign in again to download Photoshop.     To help us narrow this down further if the issue persists, could you also confirm:

    1. Are you installing the Creative Cloud desktop app yourself from the website, or was the package deployed to your machine by your IT admin from the Admin Console?
    2. What version of Windows are you running (Windows 10 or 11, and which build)?
    3. Are you on a corporate or managed network with a firewall or proxy in place?

    first, exit (file>exit cc) your cc desktop app.

     

    then, rename the opm.db file by navigating to the OOBE folder*.

     

    finally, launch your cc desktop app.

    In a first step try a reset of the CC client and then if it doesn’t help a repairing:

    For a  reset of the CC desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    • Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
    • Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    If that fails, try to repair: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

    If this also doesn’t help give us more information about your system.

    Check you system if it’s up-to-date.

    If you’rre using Windows repair and/or update all MS Visual C++ versions that can be repaired. Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn

    Then restart (cold boot) your computer.
