18,5 GB of Cloud files can't be found?

Hello. 

Today I deleted one of the user I don't need anymore via my company admin console. When I got asked how to handle the user files (18,5 GB in creative cloud) I chose to transfer the content later to another profile, instead of saving the content, where I can find them under the tab "inactive users" in tne cloud space section. 

Now... where are the files? I am looking for a folder almost 20 GB, but there is no folder on "inactive users". I also did not delete anything out of this section. Where can  I find the files to give those to anothter user?
