Hello,

in my company we have 4 accounts (used as a flotting licensenses).

on each one the 2nd fatcor is disableb, but we must put the code everytime (we receive it correctly).

please could someone explain why this still happen?

appreciate any solution.

Hello,

It might be caused due to our security monitoring systems, so we can hardly change anything there. If it detects any unusual activity like sign-ins from multiple sources using a wide range of IP addresses or something that might have triggered the security concern.

It might be because you are using them as floating accounts. Standard licensing and team licensing does not allow more than one person to ever use an account, though they can freely logoff and login on any system. Of course, with enterprise licenses there are many more options, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.
