2 Federated Adobe ID’s running in 1 tenant is this possible
when there already one Federated Adobe ID is running on one particular tenant is possible to add another Federated Adobe ID on the same Tenant

The admin would not be able to add the user as a federated ID or Adobe ID twice in the same admin console as it will through an error stating that the account already exists in the console/organization. There is no option to add the users with both Federated ID and Adobe ID in the same admin console.
