2 licenses too much

We paid for 3 licenses, but we only need 1 license. We have never used the other 2 licenses.

We paid 2.519,64 EUR + 57,95 EUR/ month. That's too much.

We don't know how we got these 3 licenses.

Today we want to have 1 license.

Please, can you pay us back for the 2 unused licenses?
