2FA Phone number no longer available
Good day,
I have an issue where i as the new admin cannot access our Adobe admin account, i have the email linked to the admin account and tried sending the code to the email but once i input the code it still requires a code that was sent to the previous admins cell number which is no longer in exsistence, it seems they had turned on 2FA, i tried all the generic support links people keep sending for customer care , i either get automated responses or it tells me i need to login to the admin account with an active subscription to speak to an agent. So i am basically stuck, is there anyway to resolve this?
