2Google Workspace admin privs required to configure SSO

Hi,

First post, been on a support chat and a phone call with no progress.

I manage a Google workspace with over 30 school districts. Several are trying to configue the Adobe Admin Console to use Google as the Identity Provider.

I do not want to give the tech in each district super admin rights to our entire Google Workspace.

Is there a way to manage this kind of Adobe/Google cofig without making all of my delegated admin super admins?

What are the minimum privs the account used to configure the Adobe console?
