3 CC license, but cannot use it somehow

Hi, 

 

I am having severe problems with Adobe these days. Every year I get charged for 3 CC license, but have email to prove it. But, in admin console screen it does not show any products other than Adrobe Acrobat. Also, even if I add a new user inside Admin Console, that user cannot use Premier Pro, for example. 

 

Here is a screenshot of the email and what I am seeing in the admin screen. Confusing, to say the least. What bothers me is that email address matches, so I am really perplexed. Can someone please help? I tried emailing to support and no one is replying. This has been like this for months...

@victors88401241 Once you log in to the Adobe Admin console, please click on the name of the organization at the top right side, select the correct profile/org name, and you should be able to see the creative cloud licenses that you can assign to the end-users.

Hi @victors88401241, I hope you're doing well. 
As I can see, you have a developer console and CC All Apps console; kindly switch to the main admin console (Sel*****, Inc) from the top right corner. Then you'll be able to access the active admin console and can assign licenses.
