3 of my students still cannot login to adobe

I am a professor of digital art and I teach at Porterville College not far away from your headquarters.  I am in the 6th week and 3 of my students still cannot login and therefore you have WASTED my time and theirs because of your greed.  IT is telling me they can't do anything, who can help me?

Could you please provide more details on the specific login issues the students are experiencing? Additionally, I recommend reaching out to your IT or system administrator to verify whether the students have been assigned the appropriate licenses in the Adobe Admin Console.

IT has sent the names of the students who can't login to Adobe with their student login to the DISTRICT and we are still waiting.  I have 3 students who cannot get into adobe and only two accounts to log them in when I am teaching, which means I CANNOT TEACH because I only have two computers I can login to.  THIS IS GARBAGE. I am aggravated and frankly I am about to teach Figma because your product is a nuisance in my classroom
